Why is it so tough for me to lose weight?
I went from 194 to 162 in college. I was at 7.5 body fat. I have run MANY marathons.
NOW, I weigh 215 pounds. I am at 30% body fat.
It just seems so much tougher to lose weight right now at 27 than when I was 21… Any insight/tips on how to get started on this HUGE PROJECT to get back down to 170-175.

yikes…you went from one extreme to the other. sounds like you need to make a 180 on the diet if your body fat increased over 20% in only 6 years.
