How to lose weight in about three weeks. I need to lose weight from my stomach/back/thighs. Please help! ?
I’ve gained around 7 pounds since February and I need to drop some weight by the 21st of June. I weigh around 155 pounds and 5’5 in height. I’ve gained weight mostly in my stomach area and some in my thighs. My upper back is also not as nice as I want it to be. I’m planning on doing my 20 minute winsor pilates tapes everyday and 20 minutes on the tredmill…is this enough? also, If i use weights to tone my arms…will i see results by the 21st? or will my arms just become bulky ? please help!
It is advisable for woman to do milder weight lifting to protect the feminine looks women have. Try 3 times a week, with one day in between. Weight lifting can help to give strength to you muscles which is good for both man and woman. But too much is not good.
This is what I do when I want to loose about 5 pounds. I usually take a couple of days for a cleansing and do some juice and soup fasting. It works wonderful. This way I loose about 5 pounds.
Try this: Upon wakening, lets say about 6 AM, you drink 1-2 glasses of water (room temperature is preferable). 7 AM drink a home made juice that consist of a piece of aloe vera gel 100% natural or you can buy it at a health food in a bottle. 1/2 a fresh lemon juice, a piece of pine apple, water and honey or 100% pure maple syrup, blend it all together and drink with fiber and everything. 10 AM drink a green juice, you can do this if you have a juice extractor, 1-2 apples, a bunch of green kale, 1 cucumber, and 1-2 stalk of celery. If you want, tripple the dose so yo can drink a glass every 2-3 hours. Your last cup will be at 4 PM. 6 PM eat a vegetable soup, you blend 1 tomato, a piece of celery, 1/2 small yellow onion, 1-2 garlic cloves, and water. Boil this mixture and add only 1 small potatoe, and carrots, spinach and salt to taste. Do not use any oil. Do this for 3 days and you will be fine. After that eat well balanced meals, rich on wholesome foods, add more raw food to you diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water and excercise regulary. And use good oils like Extra Virgin Olive Oil and always add it to the end when the food is ready to be serve. Do not use oil good or bad to cook, because it will only damage the good oil and cause more harm than good. Good oils heals, bad oils kills! Try this and that way you keep those pounds off you.
